Opposing player had to be transported from field via ambulance during junior high game at Ripley

A player was transported from the field via ambulance during a junior high football game at Ripley Monday night.

Just before halftime at the Ripley/North Pontotoc game a North Pontotoc player was transported from the field.

According to Mississippi Sports in Twitter, it was a result of a head to head collision.

Tippah County ambulance service responded.
