A pair of Tippah County residents were involved in a fatal car crash on Friday according to authorities in Union County. Three people died in the crash, including the Tippah residents.
A head on crash between a vehicle from Union County and a vehicle from Tippah County occured Friday afternoon around 5 pm.
The collision occured on the North side of New Albany.
There were four passengers involved total in the accident with the fourth receiving life threatening injuries. No definitive word yet on their status.
