Tippah Electric warning of scam involving your bank information

Tippah Electric is warning of a scam involving people imitating them, trying to get your bank information.

This is one of several scams circulating the area right now. inclduing counterfeit money.

From TEPA:

We have received reports from customers that they have been receiving fraudulent letters in the mail posing as TEPA. These letters are stating that their accounts will be removed off bank draft if they do not mail in their banking information. DO NOT GIVE OUT ANY BANKING INFORMATION!

TEPA will ALWAYS require you to come to our office for any changes to your account. If you have any questions, please call our office at (662)837-8139.
