NEMCC Success Center Tied to Rise in Passing Rates, College Says

The NEMCC Success Center has been tied to an increase in student passing rates, the college said. Passing rates rose from 78.1% to 80.7% since the center was established, NEMCC said.

That increase represents an average of 492 additional passing grades each semester, the college said.

NEMCC said its faculty and staff are invested in students’ progress and are dedicated to helping them take the next step toward degrees, careers and future goals.

The college said choosing the right college is about more than finding a place to take classes. It added that students should look for institutions that support, encourage and challenge them to do their best.
