Northeast Mississippi Community College says its 19-to-1 student-to-faculty ratio allows instructors to know students personally and provide tailored support.
“At Northeast, you’re more than a number,” the college said, adding that students are treated as “a name, a face and a future.”
The college said instructors offer guidance, support and encouragement at every step of a student’s education.
NEMCC said the approach reflects the belief that “education is personal” and that students “thrive” when they are known by faculty.
