Northeast Mississippi Community College Highlights Local, Low-Cost College Experience

Northeast Mississippi Community College said attending college is about more than earning a degree. In a post, the college said it is also about finding community, building confidence and creating a future students are excited about.

The college said students can pursue those goals while staying close to home and avoiding the debt associated with many four-year universities.

Prospective students were directed to nemcc.edu to get started, the college said.

The comments appeared in a social media post that included photos from the college, the college said.
