Northeast said it has published a simple guide to help students understand their college bills.
The guide explains each section of a student bill, including charges, scholarship credits and the amount due, the college said.
Northeast said the resource is intended to reduce confusion and help students feel confident about their accounts.
The college said staff members are available to assist students and that customer service continues after admission to support them throughout their Northeast experience.
