Riley Perkins, a student at Northeast, received the College Public Relations Association of Mississippi (CPRAM) scholarship, Northeast said.
The scholarship recognizes students pursuing careers in communications and related fields, Northeast said.
This fall, Perkins will attend the University of Mississippi and work with Ole Miss Athletics as a photographer, Northeast said. He served this past year as a marketing intern at Northeast, the school added.
Northeast congratulated Perkins on the award, the school said.
