Two instructors graduate from MCCB CTE Leadership Academy

Dalton Harris and Joey Boren graduated from the 2026 Career and Technical Education Leadership Academy, the Mississippi Community College Board said.

MCCB identified Harris as a respiratory care technology instructor and Boren as a construction engineering technology instructor.

The board said the yearlong academy is designed to develop the next generation of leaders in postsecondary career and technical education. MCCB said the participants spent the past year building leadership skills and gaining knowledge to strengthen CTE programs.

MCCB said it was proud to have two participants complete the program and bring back insights aimed at supporting student success.
