Driver Service Bureau reports intermittent software issues at stations

Some Driver Service Bureau stations are experiencing intermittent software issues that can cause temporary interruptions in service, the agency said.

The bureau said service typically returns to normal once an update is processed. It described the problems as occasional and temporary.

No Driver Service Bureau stations are closed, the agency said.

The bureau said it appreciates the public’s patience and understanding as staff work to resolve the software issues.
