Office of the State Auditor seeks investigator in Oxford

The Office of the State Auditor (OSA) said it is seeking a qualified investigator to join its Oxford office.

Applications are due Sept. 11, 2026, the agency said.

The OSA said applicants must have 60 semester hours of college, a State of Mississippi Law Enforcement Professional Certification and five years of law enforcement experience.

Candidates may apply online at https://www.osa.ms.gov/careers, the agency said. The posting lists the job as “OSA Special Agent – Oxford,” the agency said.
