Forecasters said scattered thunderstorms continued to move across portions of northeast Mississippi, with additional showers and storms possible through the day.
They said the threat of storms will persist for the rest of the day and into the evening.
Forecasters said damaging wind gusts were the primary concern from any thunderstorm through the evening.
