Biggersville Assistant Fire Chief loses home to fire, department accepting donations

The Biggersville fire department assistant fire chief lost their home to a house fire on Monday.

According to the agency:

It is with sadness that we share that BFD Assistant Chief Tim Tyson’s house burned earlier today in Corinth. He and family members are safe and were not hurt, only losing material things that can be replaced. Tyson is a selfless volunteer that gives so much to the Biggersville community and we grieve with him in his time of loss. We are thankful for our brothers at Corinth Fire Department for the quick response and incredible job that they did.

If you wish to make a donation, please use link below and note that your donation is for AC Tyson and we will make sure they receive your generous gift. Prayers are appreciated as we stand by one of our own in his time of need. #biggersvillefire
