Crews were working to restore power after severe storms and high winds swept across Mississippi over the weekend, WJTV reported.
The storms left many residents without electricity and caused damage across the Jackson metro area, the station said.
Fallen trees and downed power lines were reported in several neighborhoods, and in some areas large trees blocked roadways, WJTV reported.
