Storms cut power to more than 20,000 in Mississippi
More than 20,000 Mississippi customers were without power Saturday afternoon after severe storms moved through the state, WJTV reported.
PowerOutage.com showed more than 20,000 customers without power as of 4:50 p.m. on May 23, 2026.
The majority of the outages were reported in Hinds County, PowerOutage.com said.
WJTV reported the outages followed severe storms that moved through the state Saturday.
