Jackson intersection reopens after storm-toppled tree blocks lanes
Jackson — The intersection of Meadowbrook Road and Crane Drive reopened Sunday after a tree toppled in a recent storm blocked traffic for several hours, Capitol Police said.
Capitol Police said officers responded to the scene and that the tree obstructed three of the four travel lanes.
The agency said officers managed traffic control while the obstruction was cleared. The roadway reopened several hours later, Capitol Police said.
The incident was first reported by WJTV.
