Jackson police are investigating after a man was found shot to death Saturday morning in the area of Holmes Avenue and Larkspur Street, Jackson Police Chief RaShall Brackney said.
A pedestrian discovered the body around 8:30 a.m. Saturday, July 18, 2026, Brackney said.
Brackney said investigators are on the scene and the shooting is under investigation.
Officials did not immediately release the victim’s name or additional details, Brackney said.
