Friday night lights are back as Mississippi high school football resumes statewide. Some Mississippi Association of Independent Schools teams played Week 0 last week, while the rest of the MAIS teams begin play tonight, league schedules show.
The Mississippi High School Activities Association season officially begins Aug. 28, the MHSAA said.
Live streams of games are available, and score updates will be posted as results come in. Scores and coverage are presented by the Mississippi Farm Bureau Federation, the release said.
Fans can follow score updates throughout the night as games conclude and results are reported.
