One person is dead and multiple people were injured after four black males came onto someone’s property and shot into an occupied home, according to Lee County Sheriff’s department.
In a press conference, the Sheriff said that four people came onto a property in the Palmetto community in Lee County and shot into a home where 7 people were, including 2 children.
One female was fatally shot and two other were hit in the shooting. The home was shot at multiple time and the police are asking for help finding these individuals.
According to Sheriff Jim Johnson:
Confirming a shooting in the Palmetto area. Four black males came onto someone’s property and shot into an occupied home. Three individuals were hit. Two were transported to NMMC and one is in serious condition.
