A case accusing former Olympian David Hearn of damaging the reflecting pool was dismissed, but his lawyers say the matter is not over and they are seeking to have it permanently closed, his legal team said.
Hearn told NPR the experience had been “Orwellian” and “Kafkaesque,” according to the interview.
