Iowa judge dismisses Trump lawsuit against pollster and Des Moines Register
An Iowa judge dismissed President Trump’s lawsuit against pollster J. Ann Selzer and The Des Moines Register, removing a legal challenge tied to polling published days before the 2024 general election.
The Hill reported on Sept. 24, 2026, that Iowa District Court Judge Scott J. Beattie rejected Trump’s claims in a written ruling.
