Israel recently shared intelligence with the United States that reportedly indicated a new Iranian plot to assassinate President Donald Trump, the Wall Street Journal reported Thursday.
The report cited people familiar with the matter, the newspaper said.
It said Israeli officials warned the U.S. of what they viewed as a fresh threat against the president.
The Wall Street Journal published the article Thursday.
