GOP Sen. Bernie Moreno of Ohio said his former son-in-law, Rep. Max Miller, should not serve in Congress amid ongoing abuse claims.
Miller has vowed to remain in his re-election race and has strongly denied all allegations of misconduct, according to reports.
Moreno’s comments come as the controversy surrounding Miller continues to unfold. The lawmaker has not specified whether he has taken any formal action regarding Miller’s congressional seat.
