U.S. forces launched additional strikes on Iranian targets Sunday as the two sides resumed hostilities around the Strait of Hormuz, U.S. Central Command (Centcom) said.
Centcom said Sunday evening that its forces hit “dozens of targets at multiple locations with precision munitions” to “degrade Iran’s ability to continue attacking international shipping.”
The command described the action as part of ongoing operations tied to the recent escalation in the strategic waterway, Centcom said.
