Country Christmas comes to town: locally written play to be performed at Dixie Theatre
The Dixie Theatre will play host to a Christmas story that is both new and familiar to our local audience.
A County Christmas: Come Home for Christmas will be performed December 12-14 at 7 p.m. and December 14 at 2 p.m.
The story, written by Baldwyn playwright Clark Richey and performed with an agreement with Six Shooter Productions, will feature your favorite Christmas songs entwined around a familiar “down home” setting and a story of wanting to be home for the holidays.
Directed by Amy Bain and Produced by Steve Bass, the proceeds from the showing will go to benefit Together for Tippah.
