If you need free legal assistance and you financially qualify you can receive absolutely free advice and/or legal assistance at the 18th chancery district Pro Se Legal clinic. It will be held on November 1st at 3 pm in Oxford.

If you qualify, you can getters assistance on uncontested matters such as uncontested divorce, name changes, children guardianship issues, emancipation or a simple will.

To qualify you must first contact the family resource center in Oxford. You can each them at 662-638-6999. Residents of Benton, Tippah, Marshall, Calhoun or Lafayette can qualify.
