Tippah County has under 50% voter turnout, one race heads to runoff

With all 24 precincts reporting but absentee and afidavit votes still to be counted, here are the election primary winners in Tippah County from Tuesday, August 6th.

6246 voters cast a vote at the 24 precincts, representing 44.78% of the voters.

Every local election was decided pending absentee and afidavit votes accept for one: the North Justice Court Judge.

Benny Jackson and Tommy Garrett will face each other in a runoff in that race. The rest of the election results are as follows:
