Vehicle accidents leave one dead, one airlifted over weekend

It’s been a rough weekend for residents of Tippah county and those with Tippah ties with multiple serious vehicle accidents reported.

Friday, July 20th Brandon Haygood, a longtime resident of Tippah County who attended Pine Grove, lost his life in a vehicle accident in Ramer, TN. Corinthian funeral home in Corinth is handling arrangements.

Saturday morning a minor female was involved in a single car accident on Highway 370 and was airlifted with serious injuries.

Saturday evening there was a Multi vehicle wreck in Ripley where one of those involved Fled the scene on foot.
