The Mississippi Highway Patrol is reporting a school bus accident on Highway 72 in Benton County. The school bus is from Ashland School.
Injuries are being reported at the scene near highway 72 near Hopewell.
The accident happened around 7:20 am.
No word yet on the severity of the accident or the number of injuries or the severity of those injuries. Multiple ambulances and the medical helicopter are on site.
