Tupelo police say Rytavious A. Isby, 23, was arrested April 26 and charged with one count of felony credit card fraud after a stolen card was used at a Tupelo business. A judge ordered him held on a $5,000 bond.

The Hen Nest will hold a ribbon-cutting ceremony Saturday, May 2, at 10 a.m. at 618 B City Ave. North in Ripley, organizers said. The announcement invited the public to attend and support the new business.
