Construction Advances at BMCU’s Center for Grace & Healing

Construction efforts at BMCU’s Center for Grace & Healing are progressing, according to the college. Worsham Brothers completed exterior masonry on the building’s north elevation and finished interior masonry installation.

The contractors also continued work on mechanical, electrical, and plumbing overhead trim-out and rough-in, along with priming and painting on the main level. Installation of curtain wall and storefront glazing is ongoing, and floors are being polished while ceiling painting has begun on the lower level.

BMCU officials said the project remains on schedule as construction advances toward completion. The center aims to expand healthcare education and community services on campus, supporting the college’s growth initiatives.
