Ripley Main Street says it will host an Elvis-themed bingo night at The Cut-Off in downtown Ripley on Friday, June 12 at 7 p.m.
According to the organization, Elvis Bingo works like regular bingo but uses Elvis Presley song titles instead of numbers. Players mark songs on their cards as the music plays and call bingo when they get five in a row, Ripley Main Street said.
Ripley Main Street said the event will feature classic Elvis hits and prize giveaways throughout the night. The group added that no prior knowledge of Elvis is required to participate.
The organization also encouraged attendees to dress as Elvis — examples ranged from young Elvis to Vegas-style Elvis — and said anyone who comes in costume will receive a free prize, Ripley Main Street said.
