MDOT released a Hurricane Prep Bingo Card on National Bingo Day to encourage residents to prepare before storms enter the Gulf, the agency said.
The agency said the card offers a checklist-style set of preparedness tasks and is intended to make planning more engaging for individuals and families.
MDOT said anyone who completes the card or begins working through the items is a winner for taking steps to protect themselves and loved ones before a storm arrives.
The agency urged residents to use the resource as part of broader hurricane preparation efforts and to monitor official updates as weather systems approach.
