Hancock County Disaster Service Center to close Sept. 12, Mississippi Emergency Management Agency says

The Mississippi Emergency Management Agency said the Disaster Service Center in Hancock County will close permanently at 2 p.m. Saturday, Sept. 12.

MEMA said residents can visit any other Disaster Service Center location in Harrison, Pearl River or Stone counties for assistance.

MEMA said the deadline to apply for assistance is Oct. 3.
