Northeast Mississippi Community College students practice interview skills, school says
Northeast Mississippi Community College’s Adult Education program said Booneville students prepared for mock job interviews in a social media post.
The post said Terry Smith spent time with the students to teach interview etiquette. Students practiced proper handshakes and received hands-on instruction on how to tie a tie, the college said.
A photo attached to the post shows Smith with Scout Mackin, identified in the post as a Gateway student, demonstrating how to tie a tie.
The post wished the students good luck as they prepared to take part in mock interviews the day after the message was posted, the college said.
