Patchy fog and showers affect Mid-South roads before 4 a.m.
Patchy fog and rain showers are affecting the Mid-South as 4 a.m. approaches, a weather update said.
The update urged drivers to slow down and leave extra space between vehicles on area roadways.
Motorists were also advised to use caution in case recent rains have caused ponding of water on streets and highways, the update said.
Drivers should remain alert for reduced visibility and slippery conditions until the fog and showers move out, the update added.
