19-year-old wounded in targeted shooting in Vicksburg

Vicksburg police said a 19-year-old was wounded in a shooting they described as targeted on July 4.

Police said the shooting occurred in the 900 block of Locust Street just before noon, according to WJTV.

Vicksburg police identified the injured person as Jayden Elmore and said he was shot in the back while standing on a front porch.
