According to Tupelo Police Department officials, an arrest has been made following an investigation into embezzlement allegations at Titan Storage located on 2074 North Gloster Street. The incident, reported on June 10, 2024, involved the alleged embezzlement of approximately $1,200 from the business.
Stephanie Abbot, a 44-year-old resident of Tupelo, was taken into custody on July 2, 2024, and has been charged with one count of Embezzlement. Tupelo Municipal Court Judge Sumner subsequently set Abbot’s bond at $5,000 on July 3, 2024.
“This case will be presented to the Lee County Grand Jury for further review,” stated officials from the Tupelo Police Department.
The investigation remains ongoing. Further details are expected to be disclosed pending the judicial proceedings.
