According to Darkhorse Press, the Jackson Police Department’s Community Enhancement Unit has taken action against Billy Deshunte Stewart, issuing a bench warrant for his arrest. Stewart stands accused of illegally dumping chicken by-products, oil, and various other substances onto South McRaven Road from the hopper of his 18-wheeler. Charges levied against Stewart include Illegal Dumping and Littering, following an incident that occurred on June 9 at 8:00 p.m.
The Jackson Police Department urges anyone with information regarding Stewart’s whereabouts to contact them immediately.
