A man has been accused of killing and dismembering his mother at a home in Natchez, investigators told WJTV 12 News.
WJTV identified the accused as Zachary Lavel Jackson Jr. and the victim as Lana Brown Bradley. Investigators described Bradley as a beloved, retired educator, the station reported.
Investigators told WJTV that Bradley was brutally killed at the hands of her son, according to the report. WJTV said it learned new details about the death and included an editor’s note warning that the details may be disturbing to some readers.
