VICKSBURG, Miss. — Vicksburg police are investigating an attempted robbery at Mission Mart on Mission 66 that occurred around 11 p.m. on July 31, 2026, authorities told WJTV.
Police said two male suspects with their faces covered approached the business. One remained outside while the second entered the store, according to the statement to WJTV.
Officials did not immediately release further details about what occurred inside the store or whether anyone was injured, WJTV reported.
The incident remains under investigation, police told WJTV.
