Stefany Shaheen projected to win close Democratic primary for N.H. U.S. House seat

Stefany Shaheen was projected to narrowly defeat state Democratic Party vice chair Maura Sullivan in the Democratic primary for the U.S. House seat left open by Rep. Chris Pappas (D-N.H.), Decision Desk HQ reported with 90% of precincts reporting.

Shaheen is a health technology entrepreneur and the daughter of Sen. Jeanne Shaheen (D-N.H.).

Sullivan serves as the state Democratic Party vice chair.

The outcome was described by Decision Desk HQ as a close result. The seat was relinquished by outgoing Rep. Chris Pappas (D-N.H.).
