The Tetris Company warned the White House Friday that a new online arcade based on President Donald Trump’s policies may constitute copyright infringement, the company said.
The White House launched the site Thursday. The Tetris Company said the site features games that emulate the look and mechanics of arcade classics.
One game on the site, “Build the Wall,” uses mechanics that closely resemble those of Tetris, the company said. The Tetris Company said the similarity may amount to copyright infringement.
