President Donald Trump on Sunday praised NASA after the agency launched the Nancy Grace Roman Space Telescope, writing on Truth Social that he was congratulating “NASA Administrator Jared Isaacman, and the Great Patriots at NASA, on a successful launch.”
In the post, Trump called the moment “THE GOLDEN AGE OF AMERICA!” and described the telescope as a dark universe-seeking space telescope.
The launch took place at Kennedy Space Center, according to NASA.
Trump’s post identified Jared Isaacman as NASA administrator; the comment appeared on the social platform Truth Social.
