According to police in Mississippi and amber alert has been issued for a pair of Mississippi four year olds.

Amber Alert: Natalya and Jimmy Rouse both aged 4. 3/16/14 and 2/3/15 were last seen in December of 2018 with mother Amber Willard CPS now has custody and a warrant has been issued for the mother.
