A Former Tippah County School Resource officer in the South Tippah School District has passed away after a battle with cancer over the last year.

Our thoughts & prayers are with the family & many friends of Mr. Nathan Lowe. Mr. Lowe was formerly a School Resource Officer working with our district, primarily at the Blue Mountain & Pine Grove campuses. We appreciate his years of public service in our area & for our students!
Mr Lowe passed away today after his year long battle.
“Today the Mississippi House of Representatives adorned in memory of South Tippah School District Resource Officer and Blue Mountain PD-3 Nathan Lowe,” according to Jody Steverson.
