North Tippah schools to be closed next Tuesday for election

Schools in North Tippah district will be closed next Tuesday, according to a realease from the District.

The school, Walnut, Falkner and Chalybeate, will be closed to allow for elections during next Tuesday, August 27th, runoffs.

From the NTSD:

North Tippah Schools will not be in session next Tuesday, August 27th. An amended calendar with make up days will be released soon.

There are both statewide and local elections on the ballot on the 27th.
