BMCU launches online pathway for teacher assistants to earn certification

BMCU announced that it has launched an online pathway to help teacher assistants earn degrees and teaching certification, the university said.

The program, called the Teacher Assistant to Teacher Track, is 100 percent online and, the university said, includes affordable tuition, student teaching where participants work and personalized support from application through graduation.

BMCU said interested candidates can review an information sheet about the track and contact Dr. Ashley Coleman at acoleman@bmc.edu for more details.

Applications are available at apply.bmc.edu, the university said.
