CTED officers receive promotions, strengthen community safety

Several officers with the Connecticut Traffic Enforcement Division have received promotions, according to a statement from the agency.

Master Sergeant Cody Crum was promoted to Troop F, and Master Sergeant Justin Thomas to Troop H. Master Sergeant Joseph Ayers was elevated to the Special Operations Group.

Lieutenant Michael Recio has been promoted to Troop C district supervisor, while Lieutenant Dustin McGee was promoted within the Special Operations Group. Major Andrew Dellapenna now serves as the director of administrative and special operations for the division.

The agency praised the officers for their dedication and commitment to public safety, noting that their efforts continue to strengthen the department and the communities it serves.

Officials congratulated the officers on their achievements, emphasizing the importance of their roles in maintaining safety and order.
