Organizers said the event will provide information on how to prepare for storms and other emergencies and will connect residents with local preparedness resources.
The announcement listed the address as 1490 MS-15, Laurel, MS 39440 and included the slogan “Stay Prepared, Mississippi!”, organizers said.
